게임 안에서 삭제

1. 게임을 열고 메인 화면 오른쪽 위 설정(톱니)을 누릅니다.
2. 옵션 아래쪽 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
3. 확인하면 바로 삭제되고 게임이 처음 화면으로 돌아갑니다.

게임을 지운 경우

leni.develop@gmail.com로 "계정 삭제 요청"과 Google Play 게임즈 프로필 이름을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제하고 답장드립니다.

삭제되는 정보

계정 정보, 기록·점수·순위, 재화·아이템·캐릭터 파츠, 미션·우편·쿠폰 기록, 기기·접속 정보가 모두 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 남은 유료 재화도 함께 사라집니다.

보관되는 정보

결제 기록은 법에 따라 5년간 계정과 분리해 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 이용이 제한된 계정은 재가입 방지를 위해 로그인 식별자의 해시값만 보관합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.

In the game

1. Open the game and tap Settings (gear) at the top right of the main screen.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of Options.
3. Confirm: it is deleted at once and the game starts over.

If you no longer have the game

Email leni.develop@gmail.com with "Account deletion request" and your Google Play Games profile name. We delete it within 7 days after confirming it is you, and reply.

What is deleted

Your account, records, scores and rankings, currencies, items and character parts, mission, mail and coupon records, and device and connection data. This cannot be undone; any paid currency left is lost too.

What is kept

Purchase records are kept for 5 years, separated from any account, as the law requires, then destroyed. For a suspended account we keep only a hash of its sign-in identifier to prevent re-registration. See the Privacy Policy.

ゲーム内で削除

1. ゲームを開き、メイン画面右上の設定（歯車）をタップします。
2. オプション下部のアカウント削除をタップします。
3. 確認するとすぐに削除され、ゲームは最初の画面に戻ります。

ゲームを削除済みの場合

leni.develop@gmail.com まで「アカウント削除依頼」と Google Play ゲームズのプロフィール名をお送りください。ご本人確認の上、7 日以内に削除してご返信します。

削除される情報

アカウント情報、記録・スコア・ランキング、通貨・アイテム・キャラクターパーツ、ミッション・メール・クーポンの記録、端末・接続情報がすべて削除され、元に戻せません。残っている有料通貨も失われます。

保管される情報

購入記録は法律に基づき、アカウントと切り離して 5 年間保管した後に削除します。利用制限中のアカウントは、再登録防止のためログイン識別子のハッシュ値のみを保管します。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
